The Marketing Management System is a powerful marketing automation platform built using a hybrid Yii2 and Laravel architecture. This architecture provides the necessary flexibility, scalability, and performance for managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The portal is a centralized platform designed to streamline marketing operations, improve collaboration, and enhance visibility into lead generation, campaign performance, and creative workflows.

Core System Features

1. Lead and Campaign Management

The system features Leads Management, acting as a central hub for all generated leads from various channels (social media, websites, etc.). This ensures efficient distribution of leads to the CRM, better tracking of lead sources, and a comprehensive log for historical analysis. To protect data quality, the Lead Blocking by ID feature identifies and blocks duplicate or invalid leads across all website forms, saving time on false follow-ups.

The platform also supports Campaign Management & Automation, providing end-to-end planning and execution capabilities, including Multi-Channel Campaign Deployment across email, digital, and integrated channels. The Campaign Naming Structure feature allows Account Managers to define a standardized naming convention for paid and organic campaigns, ensuring unified tracking and accurate attribution.

2. Financial and Performance Tracking

The portal integrates Expenses Integration with major advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) to automatically import campaign costs. This allows the marketing team to monitor spending per campaign/branch, accurately calculate ROI, and evaluate channel-wise performance in real-time.

Furthermore, the Cost Sheet Automation feature automates the daily reporting process, saving marketers significant manual work. The cost sheet provides branch leaders with a clear overview of active campaigns, including Total Leads, Total Cost, Average Cost per Lead, and Average Cost per Qualified Lead. These features are complemented by comprehensive Analytics & Performance Tracking for real-time campaign performance metrics.

3. Creative Workflow and Governance

The Creative Management System is a core module that fosters seamless collaboration between Designers, Account Managers, and Content Writers. It handles the submission and approval of creatives (videos, images, etc.) via a predefined authority matrix.

This is supported by Approval Workflows, a dynamic feature that allows the marketing team to design and easily modify custom approval flows as team structures or campaign needs evolve, ensuring proper governance in the creative process. Each approved creative is assigned a unique tracking code to measure its impact on lead generation and conversion.

4. Supporting Tools

The system integrates Email Marketing Integration for automated email workflows and targeting, and provides Lead Scoring & Segmentation capabilities for intelligent audience targeting. Lastly, a built-in QR Code Generator allows marketers to generate permanent, trackable QR codes, addressing reliability issues with third-party tools for consistent offline-to-online campaign execution.
